DYDEN, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF WILLIAM A. DYDEN, a/k/a Arvine Dyden and MARY ANN MELTON, may have an interest in a certain parcel of land recorded June 5, 1967, in Deed Book 76, Page 157, Register's Office of Cumberland County, Tennessee, located at US 127 N, 275 degrees north of intersection with Didden Loop Road, Tax Map/Parcel 003/072.00. The Legal Description, more particularly described in Exhibit "A", is attached to the Petition for Condemnation heretofore filed in this cause and available for viewing at the Circuit Court Clerk's Office; and, further, IT APPEARING that the location and address of the above-named Defendants is unknown and that regular service of process cannot be had upon it; and further, IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED that publication be made for four (4) successive weeks in Crossville Chronicle published in Cumberland County, Tennessee, requiring said Defendants, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ARVINE DYDEN, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MATTIE H. DYDEN, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF WILLIAM A. DYDEN, a/k/a Arvine Dyden and MARY ANN MELTON, to appear and make defense to said Petition for Condemnation before the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, Tennessee, within (30) days after the fourth weekly publication of this order, the same will be taken as admitted by Defendants and the case will be set for hearing ex parte or without Defendant(s) being present at the hearing.
