particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached to the Petition For Condemnation heretofore filed in this cause on October 17, 2025, said Legal Description is available for viewing at the
Circuit Court Clerk's Office; and, further, IT APPEARING that the location and address of the above-named Defendant(s) is unknown and that regular service of process cannot be had upon it; and further, IT IS,
THEREFORE, ORDERED that publication be made for four (4) successive weeks in the Crossville Chronicle published in Cumberland County,
Tennessee, requiring said
